I do not want to give them a 1 these other reviews told me everything i needed to know and still gave it a chance... before taking this long trip I asked information over the phone about insurance the receptionist made it know they do not except state insurance i have federal .. sure enough I come in .oh we dont take that insurance you want to gove us 150 ?! I just knew when the call box didn't work and I couldn't get in the building these reviews were indeed correct!!! FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that other patients can make informed decisions. I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction at 10 AM and had specifically requested general anesthesia due to a history of trauma. I arranged my day around the appointment and followed the instructions I had been given. On the day of the procedure, I discovered that my appointment had been moved to 5 PM without anyone notifying me. After spending hours trying to reach the office, I was given confusing and contradictory information regarding anesthesia options. I was even told that general anesthesia and local anesthesia were the same thing, which was extremely concerning. To make matters worse, I later learned that the original 10 AM appointment did not take place because the dentist never showed up. At no point was I proactively contacted or given clear instructions regarding fasting, medications, or what type of anesthesia I would actually receive. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for patients made an already stressful situation far more difficult. A truly professional dental office. I found them to be extremely caring and really attentive to my needs. They were precise in explaining all the procedures. All in all I recommend them highly.

I’m usually a very review oriented person and had I looked at the reviews prior to booking my appointment not only would I have saved myself time, I’d probably be out of pain right now going somewhere else. I came in to the office late because I see that communicating to patients about important things just isn’t a thing in this office. In the evening all doors to the building are locked and you wouldn’t know that till you make several attempts and call over and over again. Someone finally came down to let me in after about 10-12 minutes. When I got upstairs I wrote my name in their check in sign in sheet and sat down for over an hour, no one said anything to me, no checking in, no letting me know they are running behind. When I finally asked the front desk how much longer, she asked me if I was next, realizing I was the only one waiting. She is strange because I thought she was keeping track of that? Keep in mind I filled out my COMPLETE patients forms hours prior online including uploading my insurance information. It was at that very moment after I sat there waiting for an hour in pain, she said “I’m checking your insurance first and you will owe $82”. For what? Just the examina

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Den and the entire staff! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy we were even laughing together, which made me feel so comfortable. My appointment started at 6:30 PM and, although the office officially closes at 9 PM, the team stayed until after 2:00 AM to make sure my treatment was completed with care and perfection. That level of dedication, patience, and commitment to their patients is something I have never experienced before. There was no pressure at any point just genuine concern, clear explanations, and incredible attention to detail. Every team member was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Their customer service is truly top-tier. I left feeling fully taken care of and so grateful. This was, without a doubt, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and patient focused dental team!
